About valentinr

Valentinr is an online valentine mailbox. You set up your own Valentinr, and you take a button, a widget, add the Facebook application, or just take a link and place it where your friends can see it. Your friends follow the link and write valentines to you. But their valentines will not immediately be visible to you - they remain hidden. You will only be able to see how many there are. On Valentine's Day (February 14), at 6 AM EST, the valentines will be revealed, and only then will you (and only you) be able to read your valentines.

Mutual Love Note

A Mutual Love Note is a special type of valentine that gets revealed only when two people have sent each other a Mutual Love Note. If only one person sent a Mutual Love Note, the other will not find out about it. Your Mutual Love Note will be revealed to the recipient only if the feeling is mutual, in other words only if the recipient has also sent you a Mutual Love Note.

For example, Alice has sent Bob a Mutual Love Note, and Bob has also sent Alice a Mutual Love Note. When the valentines are revealed on Valentine's Day, they will both see each other's notes, and will have a romantic date that evening.

Charlie has also sent a Mutual Love Note to Alice. But since Alice did not send a Mutual Love Note to him, she never found out about Charlie's love note.
