How to get the wishlist?

Just sign up – choose a suitable login and enter the password. Right after this you can click "Add wish" and fill the form.

What can be specified in your wishlist?

At least, you're able to write it down – the wish and the brief description of that you wish to receive. If it's a book, write its title, author and don't forget to mention that it is the book (for example: the book "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland"). If it's a mobile, just write so: "Mobile phone Nokia 6125", or "Mobile phone" and the comment: I wish a mobile with a camera, mp3-player and surely a flip-phone.

If you have written the list of birthday or christmass presents, do not forget to specify it in the cause field.

Also one can give a link to the description of goods, manufacturer's website or online store, specify approximate price and add a photo.

How to add a picture to your wish?

There are two ways:
1. Upload a picture from your computer, by pressing "Browse".
2. If the picture is placed at a website, enter in a form its full URL-address. For this purpose you can click with the right mouse key on a picture on a site and choose in the dropping menu "Copy image URL" or "Copy Image Location". Then insert URL into the form of addition from the clipboard (right mouse key + Insert / or Ctrl+V)

Secret Wishes.

You can make secret desires, visible only to your or to both to you and your friends. For this select the necessary radio-button in the add form.

Granted Wishes.

Any wish sometimes is granted, and you can note it as granted, by pressing on the button "Yes!". Then you can write gratitude to that one who helped you in fulfilling. Granted wishes get in the separate list.

What to do, if you have forgotten the password?

If you have specified e-mail for restoration at Settings, you have to click "Have forgotten the password?" from the main page and to enter the login. You receive the letter with the link where you can specify the new password.

Do not forget, that it is necessary for you to specify e-mail for restoration of the password in advance (you can do it just after registration). It can be made in the section Profile / Login Settings / Edit login (for registered users).

The button for fast addition of wishes for a browser's toolbar (bookmarklet).

In the section "Tools" (for registered users) transfer with your mouse "Add to wishlist" on toolbar (a line with links) of your browser. You can add to wishlist any webpage at any moment. Just click on the link at the toolbar... and the current web-page will be added to your wishlist automatically.

How to use a button-link to the wishlist?

In the section "Tools" (for registered users) copy a HTML-code for the button linking to your wishlist and put it into a website or into your blog or forum profile or somewhere else. By pressing this button someone can get into your wishlist.

If you liked a someone's wish.

You can copy the someone's wish by pressing the button "Copy to my wishlist" beside the wish.

How to show your wishes anywhere in the Web?

To show your wishes just copy the HTML-code of your wish description page (it's at the bottom of the page) and paste it into your site, blog, forum.

Invitation registration

Is it a friend's birthday soon? You can invite him to make his own wishlist, or register his wishlist by yourself then ask him to fill it out.

If you intend to register a wishlist for him please choose a friend's login, and if it's not in use a new wishlist will be created. Then you'll recieve a link that you can forward to your friend. He'll be able to fill-out the wishlist and the profile, to set a password and to manage the wishlist by himself.

Friend's lists

In order to see the updates of wishlists by your friends, you can create a friends list. Go to your friend's page and click on "Add a friend". Your list can be managed via the Settings/Friends List List page.

Notes and Comments

You can either add notes to your wishes or comment others. But the author can forbid commenting, by unsetting the "Comments are allowed" option on the add/edit wish page. The comments and notes can be also deleted or edited.

Power of desire (hearts)

You can specify a desire level of yor wish with the number of hearts. Please use the "Desired" field on the add/edit page.

Sorting and filters

You can reorder or sort your wishlist by using the "Sorting" drop list. For example, sort alphabetically or your custom ordering.

Besides you can also take an advantage of "Show" buttons-filters, for example, to show only the secret desires or the desires, which have three hearts, etc.

Automatic tags

In the "Settings" section your can activate or deactivate a tagging robot. The tagging robot will guess tags for those wishes which you added without tags. By default tagging robot is turned off.

Socialization

If this option is active, your wishes and your profile will be included in the site's social network connected by search, tags, conterminous wishes, etc. If it is inactive someone can get to your wishlist only by the direct address.

By default socialization is included at everything if you not want to participate in a network, specify it in the section of Settings.

How to add at once a lot of wishes

You can choose "Add Multiple Wishes" in the "Add Wish" section. Please enter your wishes one by one in the big text area pressing enter after each wish. Your list will be automatically divided into separated wishes.

Reservation of wishes (yellow flags)

If you are going to grant a someone's wish, press a yellow tag which is next to this wish. Thus the wish receives the "reserved" status. It's necessary that anybody except for you not to grant this wish. The owner cannot see exactly who has reserved his/her wish.

In order that you have not forgotten the intention, noted desire is located in the list "I Wish to present in your wishlist". If you have changed the mind and do not wish to grant this wish, simply remove it from your list "I Wish to present ".

The list of planned gifts.

It's possible to add into the list "I Wish to present" everything you wanth to present to your friends. By default, wishes added to this list are shown only to its owner. If it is necessary, during addition or editing of such desire, it can be made visible for all or only to friends.
